AUGUST 6, 2010 New Interconnect Cable Has High Electrical Capacitance There has been a change in the interconnect cable affecting the following models: Sl1200MK2. SL1210MK2, Sl1200MK5, SL1210MK5. This changeover likely occured in product with 2009 date codes. So that would be serial numbers beginning (GE9A. 9 is 2009, A is January) The change involves the interconnect cable electrical capacitance. The older cables had a total capacitance of approx 120pF, the new cable is approx 325pF. This change makes the newer models incompatible with most high output cartridges since the total load capacitance for uniform frequency response is typically under 300pF total. Most preamps have 100pF internal, some have more. Adding that to the 325pF of the cable will produce a peak in the high frequency response, with the most likely affect being exaggerated surface noise and sibilance. Resolution: KAB has notified Panasonic QC and send a letter to Pansonic, Osaka Japan on 8/6/10. A response from USA has been recevied 10/13/10: "There was a wiring change in production that did affect the cable capacitance of this model. As you know there are several factors to determine the overall capacitance of the system, but suffice it to say, the old cable had a lower capacitance. Because of the adverse effects, the factory has discontinued the new cable RJL2P001B12 and have reverted back to the old cable RJL4P002S12 in production, since September 2009." So it appears this will be corrected and eventually new production tables will have the original cable. All KAB units shipped after 8/4/10 will have the cable replaced with the older 125pF cable. This does not affect the SL-1210M5G nor does it affect KAB Cardas Rewire mods.

Nije moguća vizuelna kontrola Concorde modela, sa overhang gauge-om, zbog natpisa ispod rupe na unutraÅ¡njem delu gauge-a. IzboÄen natpis ne dozvoljava montažu do samog kraja, Å¡to nije sluÄaj sa headshell-om kome taj natpis ne smeta. Prava kontrola jedino je moguća sa montažom gumenog prstena koji reÅ¡ava problem teksta na gauge-u. Link koji si postavio za Ortofon gumeni prsten navodi njegovu debljinu od 0,8mm U tom sluÄaju overhang je 51,5 + 0,8 = 52,3mm

OM serija se montira na headshell dok je concorde integrisan, sve ostalo je identiÄno ( važi za isti model om i concorde )

Nisam znao da se gumeni prsten isporuÄuje uz neke modele Concord serije dok nisam kupio Nightclub 2 ( prsten nije bio namontiran ) Možda se isporuÄuje i uz 2m PnP ???

Gumeni prsten se ne isporuÄuje uz svaki Ortofon Concorde. U originalnom pakovanju Ortofon nightclub II isporuÄen je prsten i gumena navlaka koja se navlaÄi na ruÄicu konkorda. Zanimljiva stvar vezana za concorde seriju je i overhang koji je 51,5mm. Sa dodatkom gumenog prstena dobijaÅ¡ taÄno 52mm.

Ne kupuj Stanton str 8-80 za sluÅ¡anje muzike jer je konstruisan za skreÄ. Nije sluÄajno na njemu Stanton 500 zvuÄnica koja nije previÅ¡e osetljiva na velike gazne greÅ¡ke !!! JoÅ¡ gora varijanta je montiranje HI-FI zvuÄnice na pravu ruÄku. ( Pogledaj malo po netu sliÄne gramofone, za skreÄ, firme Vestax )

Tomu sam jednom prilikom upoznao na berzi. Odmah da budem jasan - nisam niciji PR ! Covek ima znanje, strpljenje i vestinu da ceka na Ebay povoljnu kupovinu svega i da kasnije robu preproda na nasem trzistu po manje-vise povoljnim cenama. Za razliku od preprodavaca sa KP koji nabave ( otkup ) 1210 po 200-250 EU, srede ga ( cesto obrisu samo prasinu ) i postave oglas za prodaju po 400 - 450 EU.

Preprodavac Technics gramofona sa KP oÄigledno Äita ovaj forum. Naveo je da ofarbani gramofon 1210 nije sklapan iz viÅ¡e komada Zanimljivo da navodi da je "odradio" oko 50 komada, a nisam primetio silne pozitivne ocene na KP za pomenute "restauracije" Å ta reći..............
